FNB has gone to the dogs

The same **** with FNB every single time. I'm told that I'm getting transferred to the relevant department but the app times out or the call cuts. After posting this review, they'll send me 1000 smses and emails with reference numbers but no one picks up the phone to call and solve a simple query that resulted from their continued incompetence!!!
