FNB has gone down the drain

Getting a device verified on my business profile seems like an impossible task, after having it escalated and assured that it will be resolved by a helpful consultant (seems like a rare breed at FNB at the time of this review) I am still not able to have my issue resolved to be able to add a secondary user to my profile.
