Fnb has failed us so bad

On the 24th of December 2019 my husband and i did a deposit of 10 000 at the fnb atm outside the bank in carlton centre into his Swaziland Fnb account *** Id no *** .the security guard failed to notify us that the atm was being serviced and the funds got stuck in the atm without successfully depositing the cash to his account. We than had to go inside the branch to fill a dispute form for failed deposit. Till today 4th of Jan my husband is still waiting for the deposit. He went to the branch on the 2nd before leaving for work in Swaziland to check why the funds have not cleared n they say they have already dispensed the funds .he went back to Swaziland on the 3rd n went to the swazi fnb n they say they cant see any deposits. Yesterday on the on the 3rd i had to ask my manager for a half day so i can go to the branch n find out where r the funds the lady took his id number n said they cant see Swaziland fnb accounts n sge showed me an sms that they sent my husband saying the funds will be proceeded. But still the funds are not in his account. He is stranded in Swaziland with no money. We were frustrated from the 24th till now because we r financially strained cause of this pls help.
