FNB has failed to give access to my own cash

Today I was scheduled to make an eft payment for a car to the value of R64000 and I did a payment of 29k via online banking and did an attempt to pay the rest as a pay and clear same time.<br> <br> That failed the first time at 11am and this payment I did inside the pavilion branch at FNB. I then called FNB and was transferred twice and spent 40minutes doing security checks and had an agent guarantee me that my limit was extended and I COULD pay the remaining 35k, I made this payment a 2nd time at home and send FNB a call request just to follow up to ensure this is paid and cleared same time at 12pm but its now 4pm and FNB have not released my funds, have not extended my limit, and have not called me back.<br> The buyer for my car has now demanded the car back tomorrow 27 March 2016 if the payment is not made and at the end of the day I AM MADE OUT TO BE UNORGANISED AND AN ASSHOLE because FNB just chose not to let me have access to my OWN funds which!!!! I had requested be released out of my investment account LAST WEEK following wesbank having lost my documents and failing to provide me with a professional service on my vehicle finance request.<br> <br> FNB have costed me ALOT today- PATHETIC
