FNB has failed me has a customer

So FNB has black listed me because i have not been using my savings account and apprently I owed FNB R4800 so I paid the amount and closed the account because of my the bad customer experience, so now everywhere I go to open the account my name is listed as a bad payer from FNB. Please help because the FNB branch in verulam can not help me because they say there is nothing wrong on they side, this verulam branch as failed me that is why i even choose to close the account with FNB and I think that is why everyone choose to bank with capitec.
