FNB HAS EXHAUSTED ME

I am struggling to budget well, Fnb does not give me the statements and monthly installments for the credit accounts I have with them, I have requested for this to be done but nothing has been done yet I have instructed them not to allow any direct debit to go through because I have returned the device and still FNB allows 3rd parties to access my account. and its funds what is worse it is taken from different account I have unacceptable
