FNB has done it again, ********** interest rates

I am extremely DISGUSTED with the ********* behavior of FNB. In my last month credit card statement I noticed that the interest charged was unusually high. When I checked my statement it showed an interest of 25.15% which is way above the maximum interest rate set by the National Credit Act, which explains the ridiculous amount. When I called the FNB on Monday I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes because the consultant could not answer my questions and had to keep referring to her Supervisor. To my horror after speaking to the consultant I find out that your system has a different interest rate which is also not the same as the one I have on my agreement. All in all there are three different interest rates, please FNB explain how that is possible

I am really DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED by FNB, and to think I have been using FNB for almost 15 years and I have had all sorts of products maybe they have been cheating me all these years. And to date not even a single call to give me feedback on my query. *********!!!!! FNB needs to be exposed

FNB please stop insulting my intelligence. The response I got today from your consultant was utter nonsense. An agreement that was sent to me on the 11th of March when I app**** to have my credit card limit increased. Surely you should have assessed my credit profile then and adjusted my "personalized interest rate" accordingly, approximately 15 days later I'm charged an interest rate which is above the permissible rate by the NCA, and now all you are telling is that it was an error and now I will be charged the maximum rate. FNB I want my interest rate adjusted as per our agreement, you cannot treat your customers in such an ********* manner.
