FNB has clueless people working for them!!

I'm so upset! I chatted with Christopher on secure chat minutes ago and He was so clueless it was upsetting!! I explained to him that there's this thing i don't what it is called that allows me to make purchases even when there's no money in the account, limit is around R5000 and I would like it removed! He repeatedly kept saying "You don't have an overdraft facility on your account" and "Its pending transactions". I even made an example of two items I purchased on the 20th of Aug when the balance was sitting on negative R3000 something, asking how then were those successful and he couldn't give an answer! This wasn't the first time of me asking to have this removed! I spoke to a guy a year ago who had said it wasn't possible to have it removed and so I let it go! Now I NEED it removed or I am switching banks!

But that Christopher guy upset me so much! He made it sound like I'm lying or something just because he didn't see the overdraft facility on the account. I would rather he said "I don't don't see 1 2.. It might be something else, we'll investigate". Mxm!! I then asked for a number to call. so I'll call the 087 number and try find someone who knows the product well and can assist.
