FNB has caused me a job opportunity with their incompetence on Credit Bureaus

Good day, is it possible to get the CEO s email address or a higher complaint line, I will use every single platform necessary to ensure I get assistance since FNB is blue ticking me, I am loosing opportunities because of this mistake or incompetence that FNB has in resolving an issue that they caused . Do they even understand the dire consequence of wrongly listing someone on the credit bureaus, That is my life line , work and wellbeing, The most useless bank ever. I honestly don't understand why you are not fined for such a mistake but I will stop at nothing , Media , and all to get my voice heard
