FNB has called lawyers and I must pay for legal fees

I would like to acknowledge that I have existing payment arrangements with your institution. Unfortunately, I did not receive my commission last month, which led to me falling short of my obligations under our agreement. Despite this, I have managed to make some form of payment.

I am pleased to inform you that I have secured a more permanent job starting this month, which will provide me with stable income. This will enable me to meet my payment arrangement obligations going forward. However, I kindly request a payment relief/holiday of at least one to two months to allow me to stabilize my finances. If extending the term of my loan is possible in order to accommodate this relief, I would greatly appreciate your consideration.

I have been a long-standing and loyal client for many years, and my payment difficulties only began after losing my job in March 2024, which I had informed your institution about at the time.
