FNB has been useless to me, its time to say good bye

i am a private client, have been with FNB since 2014, since then i have been trying to apply for credit cards, vehicle finance but was never approved, but instead other banks approved me, recently app**** for vehicle finance, FNB declined me, other banks approved me, app**** for credit card FNB declined me, other banks approved me, i app**** for a house loan, FNB declined me, other banks approved me? so what am i benefiting from FNB? why am i banking with them? previously their excuse was my credit profile and the credit score, but then my credit score with all major credit bureaus is at good, its time to say goodbye to FNB , i have been complaining but nothing changed, its just useless to stick with them while other banks are offering me good service. i am going to close my account
