FNB has been sending me from pillar to post regarding the repatriation of my funds. They declined to forward the funds to a third party, so I engaged my attorney and provided FNB with her trust account details. Unfortunately, her email has seemingly been ignored, along with my own follow-up emails. It is extremely tiresome dealing with FNB. What should be a simple transfer has taken an unreasonable amount of time, and I am beginning to wonder whether these delays are deliberate and meant to frustrate clients.
