FNB Has been frustrating to work with

I have tried with no luck to have my account situation rectified with FNB with no success. On my credit profile I have 2 lingering accounts and it has been prescribed. I simply need FNB to assist with regards to the prescription letter so I can have my score updated by the credit beaureus. Under my profile I seem to have the following:

Revolving Loan Credit card

I have tried on numerous occasions to have it resolved and my emails are left unanswered. I would appreciate if someone senior can talk to me about having it resolved.
