FNB has become totally useless service wise and Money hungry fools

I have had accounts with FNB for over 35 years (28 of which I worked for the group), yet that will be coming to an end. I have a credit card, cheque account, personal loan as well as a revolving loan. In the past few months, I am told that both my credit card and now my cheque account have been handed over to collections. Please note that the credit card had an arrangement on prior to handover and the arrangement is up to date. I am charged for so called Section 129 letters, but same have never been received. When I ask for proof of sending, I am ignored flat, no response to my emails. I now try transfer between accounts and get an error message. I contact them via the app and am told by the agent (Kaylene ****rane) that my account has been handed over for collection, I am also charged a further fee for a section 129 letter, which I have never received (I did receive an sms advising that my account is R20 in excess), which was transferred and was made up of charges in any case. I am also advised that my overdraft of R2500.00 has been cancelled (note again, NO communication to this effect to me). When asked to make a note on the system that I'm fine with the cancellation of the overdraft and will repay same, I am told by Kaylene that she will not update the banks information to that effect. Just for laughs, the charge for the S129 which was not received for R20 excess is nearly R200 if that makes any sense to any NORMAL person. So in other words, FNB doesnt care if you have arrangements, they will charge you when they want to, how much they want to for any reason they want to, with absolutely NO evidence of so called letters being sent and NO communication with their clients. No wonder people (including myself) are in the process of leaving FNB
