FNB has become increasingly more frustrating to deal with

I have been a customer with them for over 15 years now and recently FNB has recently done everything in their power not to actually help their customers anymore and they should seriously rethink their slogan.

I have been trying to transfer available funds from my Revolving loan to my Cheque account and got an error.

I then called the number they provided to find out what is going on, and the answering service transferred me to the secure chat on the app.

But the agents keep forwarding me between the same departments and I keep ending up at the same agent who just blatantly tells me that they cannot help me.
