FNB must be riddled with internal ******** with the recent Your Egoli Rewards 135.00 debits. Even though customers from other banks are complaining of the same issue, it appears that this **** has mainly affected FNB customers. Worse over even though this unauthorised debit is a debit transaction, they have managed to make it appear as a purchase transaction, making it difficult for customers to reverse or dispute it.
