First i want to say my dad has passed away on the 14th of august and my claim was sent in about 1week later then after that i get no awnsers regarding the policy so i call fnb and they say they dont have the IO number working with my dads case so it was given to them 4 times and 3weeks later i walk into FNB welkom asking whats going on where i still get the same awnsers i go to the IO investigating officer and askd him has he been contacted by FNB yet and he was awaiting the call for 3 weeks but nothing where FNB had me so angry i went with the IO to FNB with my Dads docket regarding his case he spoke to FNB and told them what they needed to know with him telling them my Dad was a diabetic he could not drink so we left and 2 days later i went back to FNB asking them whats the progres where they tell me now they need blood samples and did not even notify me at all if i did not go back i still would not know to this day they want the results aswell and making it even worse is that my dads blood was drawn 5days after his death meaning the results arnt gona be up to spec but still they want the results before they pay out where the results can take up to 5years and have not simpithy towords my financial problem or telling them that i need the money to maintain the house look after the animals and keep the cars maintaind and buy food so i can survive today is the 26 september and they still want blood tests after what has been told to them by the IO but still they dont care !!
