FNB has a very bad service!

Dear FNB, I would like you as a financial institution to explain to me what is Value Added Service Fee? I can't be charged a R210 out of anywhere. I have a monthly fee for my Gold Cheque account, I have all the other small fees like sending email fees. I have my bank charges too. I am really annoyed to pay for something I do not know or was not informed about when I took this account. Can this be explained to me.
