FNB Hartbee****rt and FNB Business Banking is the most useless bank with inexperienced employees

I went to FNB in the village mall hartbee****rt to withdraw money from my business account.
When i got there i stood on the like for 20 minutes before i was assisted which i didn't mind because they always use 1 teller. I was then told my Business Card was cancelled and they couldn't tell why and who cancelled my card. I requested to speak to the manager and i was told that the manager is not available. I requested the second in command and i was taken to a white lady by the name of Amanda who looked at me through the window and started shouting at the teller lady that she was disturbing her. She then refused to see me. I then took my own phone while in the brach and contacted Business desk contact centre. I was told that Kila Brown ( ********** 099) cancelled my card. But there was no valid reason on the comments. I was given his contact details but the phone was off. The agent advised me to tell them to give me a temporay card and the branch still couldn't help me with that. I called in again and another agent told me that the person who cancelled my card was Mandla Gugu( ********** 000) and his reason was that my card was in excess for 17 days. I then asked a simple question, Why was i not notified.
They said they called me and i didn't answer. They have my email address, they have sms facilities, they have my fax. But nothing was communicated to me. As much as i'm an SMME that has affected me very much negatively. Is that how FNB treat their clients. The small client that you treat bad might 1 day be a big client. My experience with FNB has never been a joyful one.
If i could change my account from my clients with a snap of a finger i would have ****en closed the account yesterday. Especially with a very useless branch like this. Does that mean we must go to Sandton or clearwater to get help. Please somebody do something . This is not on.
If there is any bank that can migrate everything for me i'd be happy to join them.
