FNB Hard holf on Account (E-104129)

(E-104129) Hard Hold On Account I'm trying to withdraw funds from my paypal account to my bank account (absa). I've verified my bank account and uploaded the fica documents to the fnb account, and verified my paypal account. Why is this STILL happening I need a solution, this is ridiculous
