FNB Hard Hold PayPal withdrawals

I write articles for international companies and obviously PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Suddenly I have a 'Hard hold' on my FNB account and I can't access my funds from PayPal. It's not an issue on PayPal's side. What's going on FNB? Why are so many people complaining about this?
