FNB HARD HOLD ON ACCOUNT

This is absolutely flipping RIDICULOUS!!! As the only bank who offers actual withdrawal processes with PayPal, I go as per usual to withdraw money and I get an error about a HARD HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT.

It has been 30 MINUTES AND I AM STILL ON HOLD, TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO A CONSULTANT. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I have been using the PayPal withdrawal system for YEARS and now this happens? Considering HOW LONG it already takes for the money to reflect in my FnB account, now I can't even initiate the process??

I HAVE HEARD NOTHING from anyone at FNB. I have tried going to a branch in person, but there is NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE who understands the PayPal process, never mind know what PayPal is.

This is incredibly frustrating, COVID has hindered so many individuals from being financially secure, now I have money available but I literally can't access it. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS THE SERVICE WITH "the best bank".
