FNB Harassment

I lost my job on the 2nd of June 2020 due to Covid-19. I have always maintained all my accounts at FNB and have always been up to date with all my payments. I then tried to make payments as funds became available and **** 2 x R100,00 payments on all my accounts in March.

I started getting harassing calls and emails from Anthony, Richards Attorneys in Cape Town about 3 months ago, claiming that FNB handed me over without me receiving notification from FNB.

The last straw was however yesterday when I received 39 SMS messages regarding limits being reduced on all my cards and even my cheque account card being cancelled.

All of this happened after numerous visits, calls and emails to FNB.

I am expecting a large windfall in the next few days and the very 1st thing I'll be doing is to settle all my accounts and closing them.

I will continue banking at Capitec - rated the best bank in the world!!
