FNB hanging onto my policy for dear life

<p>I have a Metropolitan policy that was ceded to FNB for security purposes when my late husband still had his business. This policy reached its maturity date on 1/9/2016 and it was then that I discovered it is still ceded. However I'm in possession of the cancelled session documetnation dating back to 3/10/2006. I've tried endlessly to get FNB to release this policy. The service i've been getting from the Customer Banker dealing with this matter at FNB Mandeni is poor - I have to follow up. Surely FNB can speed up the release of this policy - I'm the one that gets shunted from pillar to post when making enquiries - this is simply not on!!! </p>
