FNB HANDING OVER TO LAWYERS INCORRECTLY

Received an email from Blake & Ass, 21/06/2025 student loan handed over. Phoned FNB customer services. Requested they sort this out that same day as this was handed over in error. received email next day from FNB this query will take 5 days (unacceptable) . Blake & Ass has not not stopped harassing me. more i say it was done in error the more they say not there problem, they just collect the money. Went into branch they say account not handed over should not have been handed over as payment gone thru every month. this is bridge of contract and will take this up with the banking ombudsmen. I am sure legally i can sue FNB. DISGUSTED IN YOU. All i get is excuse after excuse
