FNB HANDING OVER TO DIFFFRENT COLLECTORS AND EVERY HARRASING FOR SAME ACCOUNT

Your collections department sucks. Just before covid , my brother had loans, he unfortunately lost his job and I covered his expenses for him. I have noticed that the account hare being handed over to different collectors every few month and then back to the initial one and then for every hand over its a different collectors reference number, however I have been tracing these with the actual FNB account numbers. I have paid off all of his loans, yet he is till being harassed for outstanding payments and amount listed with these collectors. we need a full report of all the loans he has since 2019 with fnb reference numbers and where they were handed over to, payments made etc so we can provided you with all of these POP's we have. This is total ***** going on here and I will lay a formal complaint.
