FNB handing my account over to Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys in error! dealing with rude people!

This morning i received an email from Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys stating that my credit card was handed over to them because of default payment. I am currently under debt review and make sure that my payment go off every single month and i check my Hyphen PDA statements every month to make sure that the money is being distributed to my creditors. I call the attorneys this morning after receiving their email and I was immediately greeted with a rude woman named Patricia who would just not help me with my query even though my account is apparently handed to them to sort out. I then called to FNb debt review department where i was told that my account was handed over in error to this organisation. I am disgusted that FNB would be dealing with an organisation who are rude, condescending and overall just wont help! The people in South Africa are going through enough with losing their income, losing their jobs and do not need the extra stress of dealing with attorneys who are rude. I shudder to think that you will deal with somebody who is under an immense amount of stress and just don't know what to do next! To have to deal with this all this morning only to find out that m account was handed over in error.
