FNB HANDING ME OVER FOR EARLY SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT THEY GRANTED ME!!!

AFTER SETTLING MY LOAN IN JULY 2024, FNB IS HANDING ME OVER TO VARIOUS COLLECTION COMPANIES FOR THE EARLY SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT BALANCE ON THE LOAN!!!!!

I had an FNB personal loan *** which had a balance of R36 090.41 on 23 July 2024. I received an early settlement quote amounting to R25 263.29 which was then paid in accordance with the quote on 26 July 2024. I received my final paid up letter from FNB on this account with the hope that they would close this account on their side as I had fulfilled my obligation legally!

They went and handed me over to Daly Credit Corporation in November 2024 for the difference of R10 827.12. FNB GRANTS ME DISCOUNT ON SETTLING EARLY AND THEN PROCEEDS TO HASSLE ME FOR THE DIFFERENCE - HOW IS THIS LEGAL AND IN ANY WAY REASONABLE???? After numerous calls and emails, this matter was closed with Daly.

LOW AND BEHOLD I RECEIVE CALLS AND SMS AND EMAILS FROM GL ATTORNEYS YESTERDAY (10 FEBRUARY 2025) FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT!!! "My personal loan remains unpaid" they say, I need to pay the balance of R10k ASAP!!! WHAT THE ACTUAL ****!!

YOU AS FNB ISSUED ME WITH THE FINAL PAID UP LETTER - WHY AM I BEING PURSUED FOR THIS ACCOUNT!!! IT HAS BEEN PAID, REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SYSTEM - I AM SOOOOO DONE WITH FNB I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR BANK - SOMEONE IS NOT COMMUNICATING PROPERLY AND I AM THE ONE BEING TERRORIZED BY A BANK UNFAIRLY!!!

Since repaying all my loans in July 2024 I have been writing Hellopeter reviews as if it is my second job, because calling your call centre is as useless as traffic lights on Winnie Mandela in peak time traffic!!
