FNB handed my account to *********** lawyers

My FNB credit card was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe Inc. I’ve made arrangements to pay a minimum instalment which I’ve kept to it for a while. In November of 2020 they offered a settlement discount but when I tried to pay in December they said it had expired. I’ve requested another settlement offer from them and they didn’t respond and subsequently wrote me an email saying my offer had been declined by the bank. FNB would not let me engage them directly about the credit card as these lawyers are extremely unprofessional and I’ve lost faith in them. I’m well aware that they make money by keeping the account open. Therefore closing an account is bad business for them. The amount I had offered is all I had and it was the most the bank can recover from me. I honestly do not believe that they even took my offer to FNB. I would like to engage FNB directly to get this account settled.
