FNB had delayed my pay and clear payment

I made a pay and clear from FNB to standard bank on the 20th in the morning. Today the 22nd I am still waiting for the money. I am very disappointed because FNB has been slow to assist me. I called online banking several times and I am being send from pillar to post. Please help me, or at least reverse my money. The total is 23000 rand and I urgently need to use this money
