FNB had an error with their virtual card payments and duplicated some transactions

FNB had an error with their virtual card payments and duplicated some transactions. I have been trying for days to get this resolved but no joy. My question is how many people don’t even know that they deducted funds double and they are not rectifying the error. Their secure chat is a waste of time don’t even try to resolve your queries through this channel.
