FNB had a mistake in their Paypal system, and rather kept quiet, and still do.

I have made use of FNB for Paypal transactions alone, unfortunately recently that has taken a nose-dive when they arrogantly introduced a new, seemingly untested app-like withdrawal system. I was informed this morning that the withdrawal was unsuccessful, but that they were escalating. I cannot wait 48 hours upon 48 hours, and wait endless amounts in the future because you're trying to make an absolute garbage system work. Go back to the one that worked, it was not perfect, sure, but it worked. And aside from that, did they not even have the decency to inform anybody, but rather kept quiet. I do not understand why FNB must have a partnership with Paypal. I hope that FNB is dropped sooner rather than later. Right now, myself, much like many others are doomed to uncer*****y, kept in the dark, and cannot rely on any of your systems. I now have to wait until Monday for money that was needed yesterday (and usually was available at that time). I have received phone calls from debt collectors, and section 129s. It is not working, shut down and revert.
