FNB Gun to your head

I had income protectors on all accounts, I now am trying to resolve outstanding amounts, settlement balances are given by the banks representatives but the bank wants almost double these amounts, the outstanding balance has been transfered to various companies and as soon as an arrangement is made the account is moved...by the bank.... I can not transact on my account and have bills to pay and mouths to feed. this is FNB way of getting around the ******* transacting on pvt accounts as previously done by the bank... I am besides myself and can not get any assistance from any1 at the bank
