FNB guilty of ******ion, and can expect a huge lawsuit.

I have a personal loan with FNB which should include and insurance policy by law. Last year, I was retrenched, and have sent FNB all the necessary documentation required, for the insurance policy to come into effect and have since not heard from FNB. According to me, the loan was then paid up, and the outstanding debt settled. At the end of 2018, due to diabetes, I was hospitalised for weeks, and lost a limb. In the beginning of 2019, I was hospitalised again, and had a further amputation, and have to have continues dialysis, pared with kidney and liver failure. Subsequently and not withstanding my retrenchment, I was declared medically unfit for work. Last week, I went into the bank to get my only income that I am currently dependant on which is my SASSA monthly payment. The payment is not a lot, but it's all I get, and to my surprise, FNB have taken my SASSA payment towards the loan. This is totally unacceptable as the loan itself should have been settled. Now, FNB are taking away my only source of income of R1700 p/m, which is leaving me with unbearable and unreasonable living circumstances. The public has a right to know what FNB is doing to me, and as such it is my duty to make sure that this gets known to the public. I am also considering further legal action with costs against FNB. I want FNB to sort out my problem, to avoid any of this, and to fulfil their legal and moral duty. I won't ever be able to find work and FNB are ******ing money from me, which I do not have and subsequently; is effecting my living circumstances. I expect FNB to phone me back and help resolve this issue, before I take this matter further. My cell Nr ***. I will be awaiting their call within 48 Hours before I seek legal action.
