FNB Guarentee Services - Shucks

I required a financial guarantee for a business transaction. I got the guarantee from FNB. For the last four years I did not require the guarantee and up till today I am struggling to have the guarantee cancelled. I am still charged service fees for having the guarantee in place. Even require fire security certificates or insurance. The required letters for the cancellation are send to FNB and there staff just loose the documents and never even contact you or followup with you. I will advise anyone not to guarantee services from First National Bank.
