Fnb Greenstone... waste customers time

Fnb Greenstone....Dont they love to keep you waiting.18 customers and counting waiting for the tellers and two tellers in operation.But that's not all....All forex transactions which I was told take at least 20 minutes are also dealt with at the tellers....but that's still not all...the cash counting machines do not work.Each bundle of notes needs to be put through the machine at least 4 times.When I asked the teller if the manager knows about the problem with the machines,she rep**** that head office has told them they need to cut costs and cannot afford to get new machines.She said these machines are so old and it is so frustrating and makes their job so difficult.I felt so bad for the staff trying to do a job with faulty equipment and putting up with frustrated customers.Fnb please go and look at Absa'a counting machines.Our service fees get higher and but our service gets worse.Definately going to do some looking around and change my bank.Please Fnb do not phone me to tell me your problems.You ask how can we help you...we tell you...you don't care so don't bother.Third time I have told the branch about this problem....
