Worst customer service ever.When you go into that branch expect to wait at least 2 hours.The cash counting machines do not work and the cash has to be recounted and recounted as the notes keep getting stuck in the machine.The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and of course all the managers are in a meeting.Rather put a sign outside your branch saying you do not want to see any customers in your branch.Have tried to take it up directly with the branch but cannot get through to anyone.
