FNB Greenpoint home affairs

Hello I've tried for 2 days to get a booking a FNB Greenpoint via the DHA eportal for my sons passport and id application. Ive paid R600 and received notification that it was successfully paid. Absolutely no dates that I select work and Ive tried many times with different permutations! I've tried calling FNB on *** but get cut off everytime after following 2 steps of recorded menu information as well as sent an email to DHA with no reply. Extremely frustrating! Please help
