FNB Greenpoint - DHA appointment - Royal Waste of Time

Waste of my time. The DHA was not working so I was unable to make a booking, I understood that an appointment is required, so I called FNB to ask if I can make an appointment via a call, I was informed that they know the DHA site is not working, and to go into the branch to be assisted. I did so, and I was told that I need to book on a Monday - not select the calendar but insert a date manually - utter nonsense, because free text is not available and the calendar opens up when you select the date block. Horrible customer service, inaccurate and misleading information. A royal waste of my time, I have downgraded my accounts and will be moving away from FNB. This was supposed to make life easier - complete fail.
