FNB Greenpoint

Hi I've tried for 5 days to get a booking a FNB Greenpoint via the DHA eportal for my passport and smart id application. I have made payment and received notification that it was successfully paid. There are no dates that I select work and I've tried numerous times!! Can you please assist as it is very frustrating.
