FNB greedy wants clients to take credit without thinking about it

I am annoyed by FNB,for the last two years i get calls offering me loans and on the app,but when i need it I am having so much trouble.I wanted to buy a car on the app it shows i am pre approved for R88k i went in on the app to check out installments and to sleep on it,the next day it is gone only giving me a loan with intersest of 58% for R7k i called the call centre and through being transfered alot the said the offer is gone there is nothing they can do,today i went in on app and shows im preapproved for R88k and i went in on online banking and while doing application it gave error 'something went wrong with application try again later " now when i go back it shows again i can only get R7k again.i give up its extremel;y frustrating as i do qualify but because of fnb greedy systems i am being messed around because it seems like FNB wants us to commit to credit instantly without thinking about.Now im stuck again in same position
