FNB GREEDY AS USUAL

I understand that FNB debits accounts via track n trace which i do not agree with. I complained when i received an sms as I did not know when my salary would be paid into my account. I went to Hellopeter and lodged a complaint. Someone from the loans department contacted me and ensured me that my loan would only be debited on my requested date of the 26th of December. Well on the 18th of December the loan amount was taken via debit order. Which i am not happy about. This morning i went onto the app i see that both loans aee still scheduled to be debited on the 26th of December when greedy FNB has already debited both loans on the 18th of December already I DO NOT want to be debited twice for the same thing!!!!!!!
