FNB Great vision poor exacustion... Oumbadsman would rule clearly in my favor terms bridged maltiple times

FNB has a mafia way about doing business and theres nothing we can do when we dont know how to action our rights.... I keep being Charged left right and center i was bumped up to Private banking buy Dorah Marasi she sent me a mail telling me i need to get to a bank as she went and dlinked my service. Without regard she never sent a mail before but after stating she cant get ahold of me. My account now is frozen i was expecting funds from my provident fund Alexforbs submitted the 30th and sent through for payment the 12th the 18th Dorah Litched onto my account took her comission sent me a statement. Sent me a mail telling me to athuanticate my device left it as is locked out payment was due for the 19th Tax diractives done bank verifications done all in order sent for payment. The 20th Dorah got paid probably having a blast where as i have no idea what i will feed my family tonight? worse fraustrating i contact inconnect i am told refer back 48hours no one can release it. looked at private banking for assistance on funds given ample time to be released and closely followed they just respond with " Dear REV Sass ,
