FNB Great Service - Laudium Branch (Rest of FNB Premier and ATM departments are pathetic)

Great service from Laudium Branch manager and staff, especially Junaid. I was short paid at an ATM and followed the process advised by Premier banking. No feedback, no response, etc and eventually told I had been paid by the ATM department. Within a few days of contacting the branch my issue was resolved and the money refunded as it was confirmed that the ATM was faulty and that I was underpaid. Well done Jaco and Junaid (and the rest of the team) - Great Service!!!
