FNB great marketing - no service!

Moving over to FNB using online was so easy but it is sad to say thereafter everything went sideways. Card delivery took 9 business days after I had to call and query with FNB. During this call the advisor was not only impolite and unprofessional he placed me on hold for 12 min. Once back he asked when someone can come see me to move me over, completely off topic. I was then informed that FNB cannot give me any feedback on my delivery, due to the fact that they use an external courier. I finally received my card after phoning CCD myself and arranging for it. Now I figured all was sorted and I transferred funds into my new account and switched all my details, only to find tonight when trying to withdraw cash at an atm that my account is frozen. I checked on the internet and banking app and there is no mention of any frozen status at all. So, true to the brilliant marketing campaign, I phoned my brand new 24 hour private banking team! The one so hyped on all media, and guess what? They are useless. First call I received a message that they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and waited 4 minutes before my call was answered. I explained my problem only to find that the advisor had not heard a word I said, due to a supposedly bad line. She informed me that she will phone me back. Guess what?!? 10 minutes and no call! I phoned back and again waited 3 minutes for my call to be answered. This advisor informed me that my account is frozen, cause I had not sent in Fica documents, guess what? No one asked for it! I assumed that due to me already having two existing accounts with FNB, that this was not necessary. Oh, but it is and again guess what?!? My amazing team of 24 hour bankers does not have access to do anything on my account, and will get someone to phone me in the morning! Glorified message centre!
