FNB Grassy Park poor service

Stay away! Wanted to retrieve kids money from their accounts ... accounts closed (without notice), then couldn't "find" the money. Eventually found, then back and forth to get it paid out ... finally paid out and incorrect amounts paid! Like how are these people still in business? And how are the people who work for them chosen ... Kaashief Gouvias at Grassy Park branch has absolutely NO customer service, customer relationship, email etiquette and general etiquette skill, absolutely not. The tone on his emails on text messages and emails leaves a lot to be desired. Thank goodness for Capitec!
