FNB Grahamstown Pepper groove Mall branch manager is rude and unprofessional

FNB Grahamstown Pepper groove Mall branch manager is very unprofessional.I went to their branch last week, she was busy making social calls we stand in a long quee for a longtime.When a a white lady came she stop the call and went to a counter and asked the staff member to help the lady but they give the customers a card with a number so when your number is called u go to a teller but she tells the staff to stop attending the customer and help the white and she shouted the staff member infront of clients I never saw so unprofessional manager. When we want to complain about long quees and why she take the person who came last she give the customers a bad attitude and go to her office.And it seems that the staff is afraid of her because they will tell you that 'the branch manager say this' I don't know why they do what she tells them even though they see it's unprofessional you can't move a customer because you want your person who came late even there was a old lady who waited in a quee too but the branch manager didn't tell the staff to help the old lady first we are sick and tired people who treat other people bad because they undermine them.They need us so that they can get a salary.The people who were in the quee too they said she is always like that she don't even apologize when she want to talk with a staff member whilethe staff member is busy helping a customer.
