FNB Grahamstown branch excellent service

I was assisted very well at FNB Grahamstown by Luzuko Mocingwana who assisted with investigating about funds of Late Estate of my mother where the funds where transferred to a different account in 2014.He was very patient and contacted another department for assistance.He is simple,understanding,easy to talk to.We need people likw him in customer service environment. Its been so many years that the funds disappeared in the Late Estate Account of my Mother.Each and everytime I visit FNB Grahamstown branch.
