FNB going to get my child expelled from school

Having been a victim of a company liquidation and having been a loyal Platinum account holder with the Bank, I am shocked at how insensitive and unsympathetic the Bank has been to my temporary situation. I have had to undergo Debt review and a submission was made to the Bank for how my debts to them could be managed and how monies I hold with them (in an investment account) could be distributed between the Bank and other accounts (including my child's school). 50% of these monies had been offered to the Bank. This is at a time that I am under severe economic pressure to live as an unemployed person. The other 50% was to to be paid to the School and municipality. None of these are luxuries. After a long period of consideration I was informed on Monday this week that the Bank had approved my proposal and I could go to my nearest branch to transfer the monies to the school. On arrival at the Bank, I was informed that the Bank had made an error and I will not be able to pay my child's school fees. Instead the Bank will take 100%. Is this a greedy corporate at work ?? My child will be expelled and not allowed back. We have no time to find another school, esp without his reports etc.
