FNB going the wrong way on customer service.

FNB unable to make good on credit card payments. Tried paying for something on my credit card with available funds and it was immediately declined. Is FNB in trouble and not being upfront with customers? I had problems with another account that had funds available in the past. FNB takes account fees but when you want to use the account it's suddenly inactive.
